“Das Apartment war für vier Personen geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad war ebenso zeitgemäß und gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein Problem mit der Heizung. In dem Schlafzimmer neben dem Bad war es trotz ausgeschaltetem Heizkörper unerträglich heiß. Der Boden (wohl mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet) war sehr warm und ließ sich nicht über den Thermostat im Wohnzimmer steuern. Mit einem Anruf bei der Rezeption ließ sich das Problem leider nicht lösen. Die Nächte waren deshalb nicht angenehm. Weiterer Hinweis: Auch in Überganszeiten wie April sollte das Mobiliar auf dem Balkon vom Winterschmutz befreit sein!”

“Very good location and nice room. Was missing the dishwashing stuff as well as nothing to clean the room. So, in case you are staying more than 1-2 days you may end up buying some cleaning supplies. The coocking pan was also old so it should have been changed.”

“The entry process opening the doors via an email was somewhat complex and other guests were struggling with it as well. The first room had plumbing problems and horrible sanitary conditions. Upon request, Rafaella from the front desk moved us into a different unit which was very nice and clean. She was extremely helpful accomodating us. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The location was ideal and walking distance to shops and restaurants. After some initial hurdles, we felt very comfortable and well attended.”

“Everything about our stay was positive. The location was ideal, room was clean, tasteful and functional. I missed however, personal contact. Im not a fan of detached digital communication. There is enough of that in everyday life. As great as their remote service was, for the price of the room, I think it needs a warm human onsite to greet and communicate with guests.”
